Bits
A variety of artifacts and coins but ‘just a few bits’ as they say on the field.
The key is apparently a barrel tap key (Google thinks Post Medieval Georgian-Victorian copper alloy barrel tap key circa 1800-1900 AD)
The penny is 1892. I don’t think the thimble is silver but haven’t tested it to be sure yet and it looks fairly modern. A military button of some kind, part of a Roman fibula brooch and a ‘unipost product’ label from Kidderminster (1980s?)
P.S. the thimble is silver, did a spit and foil test to discover this
